“We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!”

“Perfect! Great spot near the lake and close enough to ride the Erie Canal trail. Kayaking the river and nearby Lake Alice were both very nice. Short drive to three state parks. The house was wonderful. Would definitely go again.”

“The cottage Clean Sweep 2 was perfect for our stay. We were visiting family in the area and the lake property worked out very well. The cottage was very clean and had all that we needed. “Great place! Clean, very clean and cozy! Right on the lake! Probably the best fire pit and view we’ve ever had, and we’ve been around! Only downside would be that cottages are close to each other and in busy weeks you may have loud people next door. We could hear conversation from the cottage next door in the evening, not enough to bother us or to take off a star from such an excellent property, but just something to be aware of. Highly recommend Captains Galley. We had a great lunch there and...
